So, "Google Algorithm is that program utilized by Google for ranking websites on it's result pages among organic results. Theoretically, the first page or the primary page is more relevant for the query. Several factors are used by Google Algorithm to assign a rank to a page for a given query.

Google says that if you try to recover from panda attack then you have to remove the poor quality contents from your website/blog.
2. Google Penguin

* Harmful For : Spamming or irrelevant links, link with over optimized anchor texts and low quality links.
* How It's Work : The main objectives of Google Penguin is to fight against the 'spam backlinks' using the 'black hat method'. If Penguin caught the blog/websites which uses black hat method for link building then the websites ranking will started fell down on Google Search results. Once you hit by penguin then, it is not easy to recover those blog/websites to earlier positions. If you try to recover then you have to remove those backlinks which were created by using black hat method.
3. Hummingbird

* How It's Work : It helps Google better interpret search query and provide results that match searcher intent. While keyword continue to be important, this algorithm makes it possible for a page to rank for a query even if it does not contain the exact words the searcher entered. This is achieved with the help of natural language processing that relies on latent processing.

The main objective of Rank Brain is to deliver it's search results more efficiently and accurately.

* How It's Work : The main objective of Medic update's was to emphasize and improve expertise, authority and trustworthiness of pages that have the power to affect a person's well-being and happiness. Google punished pages it perceived to have a no or low E-A-T and rewarded those websites that had a high E-A-T.
